Our vision is to inspire whole, beautiful, strong Chrisitan womanhood
Inspiration is a weekly newsletter brought to you by a panel of Anabaptist women. As Christians, we believe in God as Creator, His Son as Savior, and the Holy Ghost as the One who directs, comforts, and intercedes for our souls, as outlined in the Bible, which we believe is God's inspired Word and intimately pertinent to our lives today. Our vision is to inspire whole, beautiful, strong Christian womanhood in these troubled days before the Lord's return. We desire to encourage each woman to use her gifts joyfully to serve her children, church, and community; to love the Lord and her own husband; and to believe in the power and glory of submission as promoted in Titus 2.
Disturb us, Lord, when we are too well pleased with ourselves,
When our dreams have come true because we have dreamed too little,
When we arrived safely because we sailed too close to the shore.
Disturb us, Lord, when with the abundance of things we possess
We have lost our thirst for the waters of life;
Having fallen in love with life, we have ceased to dream of eternity
And in our efforts to build a new earth, we have allowed our vision of the new Heaven to dim.
